These terms cover the VirtuKey website, enquiries, managed services, and client portal.
Service enquiries
Website forms help us scope work. Submitting an enquiry does not create a paid engagement until scope, pricing, and acceptance are confirmed.
Client portal
The portal lets clients view managed domains, VirtuKey Emails, and support tickets. Certain change requests may require verification before they are actioned.
Managed services
Hosting, domain, email, marketing, registration, and development work is delivered according to the agreed package, proposal, or service order.
Integrations
Domain, email, hosting, payment, and communication providers may have their own terms and availability requirements.
Termination
Portal access or managed services may be restricted for abuse, unlawful use, unpaid invoices, or activity that risks service stability.
